Q: How to Acquire XPSR-24?
A: To acquire an XPSR-24, You must UNLOCK the Priority spots first by proving your Clearance Level, then SECURE your spot by depositing sufficient ETH for each spot. There are 3 different tiers of spots:
  1. Guaranteed Spot: This spot offers a guaranteed chance to obtain 1 XPSR-24, provided your ETH deposit is secured before the snapshot.
  2. Priority Spots: Each Priority spot gives a higher chance of obtaining 1 XPSR-24 compared to Public spots, as long as the deposit occurs prior to the snapshot.
  3. Public Spots: This is available for any user who wishes to deposit ETH and rely on the raffle system for any assets remaining after the Guaranteed and Priority assets are claimed.
Q: How can I UNLOCK the spots?
A: Increasing your Clearance Level through our Proof of Exposure (XPSR) is the main method. Clearance Level measures your level of engagement and contribution within the ecosystem. You can increase your Clearance Level by completing available assignments in the Portal through the Assignment Dashboard. Your Clearance Level determines your eligibility for different spots (e.g., Guaranteed Spot, Priority Spot and Public Spot).
Q: How can I SECURE the spots?
A: Through depositing ETH to SECURE the spots that you’ve previously UNLOCKED. For the details, please check the General Deposit Question section below.
Q: Why is XPSR-24 Implementing a Deposit System?
A: Our deposit system offers a more transparent, community-driven approach, allowing participants more time and flexibility to participate. Unlike traditional systems, the extended deposit period lets people observe the project’s progress and community participation.

We chose to use this system because we are confident in the products we are building at Confiction Labs and to allow more participants (especially web2 gamers that have not yet exposed to web3 ecosystem) to have a fair opportunity to acquire XPSR-24.
Q: How does the deposit process work?
A: The deposit process involves transferring a specified amount of ETH to SECURE spots to obtain XPSR-24. Every time you deposit multiples of 0.05 ETH, you’ll see a highlight of your secured spots in the deposit interface. (The illustration above shows a deposit of 0.3 ETH at Level 6.)
Q: What is the timeline to SECURE the spots?
A: The timeline for deposits are (10 days duration):
  • Open: November 6, 1 PM UTC / 8 AM EST / 5 AM PST
  • Close: November 16, 1 PM UTC / 8 AM EST / 5 AM PST
Q: How secure is the deposit process?
A: Security is our top priority, especially when managing user funds. Our smart contract has been audited by Salus Security (Audit report here: https://github.com/Salusec/Salus-audit/blob/main/2024/Confiction-XpsrDeposit_audit_report_2024-10-14.pdf) and is owned by a multi-sig wallet to minimize potential risks.
Q: What happened to the participant of Deposit Phase 1?
A: For those who are participating in Deposit Phase 1, snapshot already taken by the end of the phase, and Protocol Points will be distributed directly to your account at the latest 24 hours from the closure of phase 1. Your deposit balance is automatically shifted to the current phase. You have the option to participate or not participate in the current phase through the toggle in the Deposit dashboard.
Q: How is the withdrawal details?
A: Withdrawals for any remaining ETH balance can be made within 24 hours after the XPSR-24 airdrop. Here’s how it works:
  • For participants who receive one or more XPSR-24 assets, any unused balance can be withdrawn.
  • For participants who do not receive any XPSR-24 assets, the entire deposit is eligible for withdrawal.
The withdrawal page will remain accessible until December 31, 2024. For those who miss this deadline, manual assistance can be requested by creating a ticket on Discord. In such cases, the withdrawal page will reopen temporarily, with this support available until June 30, 2025.
Q: How do I check my current deposit balance?
A: Your current deposit balance is displayed on the deposit page. It shows the amount of ETH you’ve deposited so far.
Q: What happens after I click the “Deposit” button?
A: After clicking “Deposit,” your transaction will begin processing. A loading screen will appear to confirm that the transaction is in progress. Once completed, you will receive a notification informing you of whether the transaction was successful or not.
Q: What should I do if my transaction fails?
A: If your transaction fails, first ensure you have enough ETH in your wallet to cover both the deposit and gas fees. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team via Discord by opening a ticket to receive live assistance.
Q: How can I verify my transaction?
A: After a successful transaction, you’ll receive a transaction hash. You can click on this hash to view and verify the details of your transaction through a blockchain explorer. Or you can simply refresh to see your Current Deposit balance increased.
Q: What is a top-up deposit?
A: A top-up deposit allows you to deposit more ETH to your existing deposit.
Q: I’ve assigned my wallet yet I can’t deposit, what happened?
A: Please ensure you’ve already created a Confiction Account in https://one.confiction.com/portal and connect it with your wallet, or sign-up for the Confiction Account with your wallet. If you’ve already have an account, and assign a wallet, yet can’t deposit, please ensure that the assigned wallet is the same with the connected wallet with the Confiction Account.
Q: How can I switch to a different wallet?
A: To switch your connected wallet, you will need to submit a support request. Please join our Discord (http://discord.gg/confiction) and open a support ticket, providing details of your current wallet and the wallet you'd like to connect.
Q: What if I accidentally disconnect my wallet during a transaction?
A: If you disconnect your wallet during a transaction, the process may fail. Reconnect your wallet and attempt the transaction again.
Q: Which wallet will I receive the XPSR-24?
A: The XPSR-24 will be sent to the same wallet used to deposit ETH on the Deposit page.
